Sales Manager

• Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for both retail and wholesale customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the building tools industry.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt strategies.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.
• Train, support, and mentor sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
• Report on sales performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, ideally in the building tools or construction materials sector.
• Strong knowledge of retail and wholesale sales processes.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
• Knowledge of the UAE market is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
