Job description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager or Associate Sales Director to develop our portfolio of short-term rental properties.MAIN MISSIONS:Prospect for owners of apartments or villas that could be put up for short-term rental.Establish commercial relationships with real estate agencies and agents to propose attractive financial partnerships.Develop and manage a solid network in the real estate sector in Dubai.REQUIRED PROFILE:Significant experience in the real estate sector in Dubai or a related field.Established network in the real estate sector in Dubai (agents, agencies, developers).Excellent negotiation and business development skills.Results-oriented with a strong ability to motivate and supervise a team.Good knowledge of the specificities of the short-term rental market in Dubai.You speak perfect English and French.You already live in Dubai.REMUNERATION:Fixed + commission or partner share
