What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Security Management or a related field is preferred.
  
• A minimum of 4 years of Senior Leadership Experience within the Security Field, preferably in a Luxury Hotel environment.
  
• Valid Security Manager License through SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) is mandatory, with a preference for additional certifications or training related to security.
  
• Next-Level Commitment to Maintaining utmost Confidentiality, expertly managing Sensitive Information with Discretion while adhering to Stringent Privacy and Data Protection Protocols.
  
• Comprehensive knowledge of Security Protocols and Procedures, and a thorough understanding of Industry Best Practices, Threat Assessment, Risk Management, Emergency Response, and Incident Reporting.
  
• A strong understanding of UAE Laws, and Health and Safety Regulations.
  
• Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  
• Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
  
• Skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.
  
• ‘FIVE-Styled’ Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
  
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and Coordinates the Security Team to ensure Flawless Operations and deliver an Extraordinary Guest and FIVE Tribe Member experience.
  
• Fosters Strong Partnerships with Government and Law Enforcement Agencies, ensuring Seamless Collaboration to uphold the Highest Security Standards.
  
• Works closely with the Director of Security, aligning with the Sensational Vision of the Security Team and adhering to Local Safety Regulations and Emergency Protocols.
  
• Builds Exceptional Relationships with our FIVE Tribe across all areas of operation, maintaining open Communication and embodying the ‘Vibe at FIVE’ in all interactions.
  
• Coordinates bespoke Security Arrangements for conferences and banqueting events, curating a Premium and Seamless Security Experience.
  
• Partners with Department Heads to raise Awareness of Security Responsibilities among all ‘FIVERs.’
  
• Plans, delivers, and facilitates regular Security Awareness Training, promoting a Culture of Learning and ensuring our FIVE Tribe remains at the Forefront of Industry Best Practices.
  
• Implements Cutting-Edge Security Policies and Procedures in collaboration with the Director of Security, ensuring Industry-Leading Safety Measures are in place.
  
• Assists FIVE in achieving Full Compliance with Local Fire Safety and Legislative Requirements, ensuring the Security Department consistently upholds Top-Tier Standards.
  
• Conducts thorough Property Tours to prevent Fire Hazards, ensures clear Escape Routes, and maintains a Safe Environment.
  
• Demonstrates expertise in Fire and Emergency Procedures, ensuring Swift and Decisive action during Critical Situations.
  
• Embraces the Role of an Assistant in the esteemed Fire Brigade Team, delivering Essential Support during emergencies and contributing to FIVE’s Visionary Safety Standards.
  
• Investigates incidents Discreetly, reporting findings to Local Authorities when necessary, while upholding FIVE’s Commitment to Privacy and Tact.
  
• Prepares Detailed Incident Reports and Comprehensive Monthly Security Summaries, demonstrating Meticulous Attention to Detail and Commitment to FIVE’s Stunning Reputation.
  
• Oversees Key Control Processes across all Departments, reinforcing FIVE’s Premium Security Measures and maintaining the highest standards of Access Control.
  
• Addresses any FIVE Tribe Member misconduct Promptly, ensuring Compliance with Policies prohibiting unauthorised behaviours in Guest Rooms and Public Areas.
