We believe content is the connective tissue of design, tying desired outcomes to meaningful experiences. In this role as a Digital Content Strategist, you will be instrumental in bridging design, technology, and business to deliver a human-centered approach for our clients and their customers. You will develop a content strategy that prioritizes customer needs, user experience, and business goals. Your knowledge in technology, strategy, and creativity will guide you in crafting compelling experiences.




Responsibilities 



  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create content that aligns with the brand's voice and strategic goals.




  • Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to craft compelling content that resonates with our target audience in the telecommunications sector.




  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.




  • Manage multiple projects and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.




  • Execute engaging and persuasive digital copy across various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.




  • Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines (Strong understanding of technical SEO and how it impacts the content strategy)




  • Analyze content performance metrics to make informed recommendations for improvement.




  • Gathercurrent messaging and style guide assets and/or help create and defineassets for key messaging to initiate and implement content strategy 




  • Understand key customer journeys associated with brands and be able toleveragejourney insights when defining content strategy




  • Create a seamless customer experience for web, app, SAS and CRM




  • Contribute to develop content strategy that prioritizes customer needs, user experience, and business goals




  • Contribute to develop content strategy that considers information architecture, taxonomy and user needs across multiple channels and domains




  • Excellent understanding of information architecture, page content hierarchy and taxonomy




  • Knowledge about content component modeling and how to work with Business Analysts for net new component creation




  • Understanding the connection between content, delivery technologies, and design




  • Ability to take a client-provided creative campaign brief and plan the cross-channel content execution





Required Skills



  • Proficiency inEnglish and Arabic writing, editingand proofreading skills 




  • 5 years+ of experience in digital copywriting, preferably within the telecommunications industry.




  • Strong research skills and natural curiosity – may be asked to train-up on specific client technologies 




  • Creative and collaborative engagement style




  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills 




  • Proficiency in MS Office tools




  • Strong organization and documentation skills




  • Strong understanding of content management systems and social media platforms to create content components/artifacts that work in those environments




  • Ability to create content directly in PowerPoint slide templates and make content fit elegantly into established slide designs for executive reports and presentations. 




  • Ability to utilize AI tools to generate content efficiently




  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content management systems
