§Cost analysis and production of estimates for new projects and existing facilities.

§Liaise with 3rd party personnel in the execution of Imdaadcontracts
§Perform clerical duties to meetrequirements of the job and adherence to all current company procedures
§Assist in production of periodic reports as required by the Operational Managers.
§Familiar with all MEP equipment and systems found within the Facilities managed by Imdaad.
§Perform Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with operations policies
Education/Qualifications
§3 year Diploma in the relevant trade OR 2 year relevant trade certification (ITI).
§Must have good computer literacy with MS office.
§Excellent telephone etiquettes.
§Excellentcommunication skills in English and knowledge in other languages will be anadvantage.
§Ability to work under pressure.
Experience
§3 year diploma - 5 years of experience in therelevant trade.
§2 year trade certification (ITI) – 8-10 years ofexperience.
