We’re looking for Technical Instructor in Dubai to ensure a high standard of delivery HVAC related technical training, primarily to Operations teams, to accelerate time to competency. The role will also provide subject matter expertise to aid in the development of future content as well enabling the continual improvement of the existing technical curriculum. Travel will be required to various locations across Middle East, Asia, Australia

What you’ll do:
Accountable to deliver HVAC technical training courses aligned to regional requirements and plans both face to face and virtually as required.
Work collaboratively with L&D and HR colleagues to efficiently plan and schedule training course delivery in line with defined plans and emerging operational needs.
Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness within Workday
Establishes, reviews and continually improves course content and objectives to ensure the desired level of capability / competence can continue to be developed.
Manage all elements for safety before and during technical training through continuous risk assessment and mitigation, with special responsibility for “Live” training (i.e. using live running equipment and/or on Live operational Sites/Depots).
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Fluent in English and be able to communicate effectively in English at a professional level, Arabic would be advantageous.
A good solid technical background in HVAC is required.
Energy storage, compressor or steam boiler experience would be advantageous.
Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deliver training to adult audiences.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively, up to 80% of the time.
Proficient in using Workday and Microsoft tools, (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
