TELE SALSE REPRENTATIVE/ DATA ENTRY

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers or existing clients to promote products or services, follow up on inquiries, and generate sales leads.
• Inbound Calls: Handle inbound customer queries, provide product/service information, and resolve complaints or issues.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Generate leads and sales opportunities through phone conversations, with an emphasis on achieving sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers by understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with services or products.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Update customer records and maintain accurate information in CRM systems; report on calls, sales, and customer feedback.
• Provide Information: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers and resolve any issues or queries they might have.
• Promotions & Offers: Inform customers about new products, promotions, and special offers to enhance sales.
• Maintain Call Quality: Follow scripts, call guidelines, and ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining a high level of professionalism on calls.
• Customer Retention: Engage with existing customers to encourage repeat business, offer after-sales support, and address any concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [language], with the ability to effectively convey information.
• Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to handle objections and persuade customers in a positive manner.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office tools.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly resolve customer complaints or inquiries.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Customer-Oriented: Focused on delivering excellent customer service and enhancing client satisfaction.

Working Conditions:

• Hours: Full-time,9 TO 7 PM
• Location: DUBAI
• Salary: 2000 TO 4000 AED per month
