This senior-level, quota-carrying managerial position leads the sales of Analytics Platforms directly and through Services BD teams, focusing on business development and sales across Financial Institutions, Retailers, Telcos, Airlines, QSRs, and Governments in the Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa Region.
Key Accountabilities:
-Demonstrate and implement a collaborative solution-selling approach.
-Develop and execute sales strategies to secure large, long-term contracts.
-Create and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
-Present convincingly to top-level clients and negotiate significant contracts using strong communication skills.
-Collaborate effectively with various departments across the organization.
-Solve problems using data-driven approaches in discussions with team members and customers.
-Represent the company in meetings with senior executives and high-level clients.
-Manage the sales forecasting process to provide accurate weekly regional forecasts and identify trends to drive sales activities.
-Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing.
-Analyze and evaluate the market to target high-potential clients and segments, while providing valuable insights into client needs for product development.
-Partner with product management to identify opportunities for expanding current offerings.
-Establish and communicate individual sales goals to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.
About You:
-Experience in SaaS or Consulting sales, with sales cycles lasting 6-12 months.
-At least 15 years of experience in B2B sales, especially in sectors like retail, restaurants, consumer goods, travel, or digital industries. A strong network of high-level contacts is beneficial.
-Skilled in building and growing relationships with top clients by understanding their needs and providing expert advice.
-Capable of generating new business opportunities with minimal support.
-Effective at networking and influencing key stakeholders to promote business growth and increase revenue.
-Experienced in managing revenue and setting sales targets.
-Excellent overall sales skills.
-Travel ability is a key requirement - 50%-75% across the region
