HSE Improvement Lead

Wood is looking for a HSE Improvement Lead to join our busy EMEA HSE team in Aberdeen, Scotland on a full time, permanent contract. Hybrid working is offered for this role - 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

The Role:

Reporting to the VP of HSEQ, the HSE Improvements Lead will play a key role in driving a positive safety culture and ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, security &environment. Working closely across the business, you’ll provide expert guidance, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement. You’ll have the autonomy to shape initiatives, engage teams, and influence meaningful change across a dynamic environment

This role will focus on enhancing our lessons learned process, risk management, and assurance activities, ensuring alignment and synergy across regions.

The role will involve collaborating with HSE Leads/Managers, providing guidance and support, and ensuring project compliance with HSSE regulations and company policies. The position will serve as a key point of contact for HSSE related matters and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of HSSE excellence.
