The Position


In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing geographic responsibilities in both LMA Tablets site in the Tizi Ouzou area and LMA Flexpen  site in Blida.


The position will be based in Blida with round trips to Tizi Ouzou.


The main responsibilities include:


  • Ensure adherence to environmental regulations through regular audits and inspections.
  • Develop and promote programs to reduce the environmental footprint and encourage sustainable practices across departments.
  • Oversee waste disposal and recycling while implementing and monitoring waste reduction strategies.
  • Identify and implement energy-saving measures in collaboration with facilities management.
  • Prepare regulatory reports and maintain accurate records of environmental data and performance. 

Qualifications


  • Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field Preferred 3 years’ experience in the relevant health profession.
  • 3+ years of experience in environmental management or sustainability roles
  • Familiarity with administrative and business support functions.
  • Experience in coordinating environmental initiatives within a corporate setting.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities, with Analytical Thinking & Attention to Detail.
  • Strong communication and change management skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English & French.

About the department


 The EHS department belongs to Business Support main department including all support functions to the production such as IT, Supply Chain, Finance, cLEAN & Strategy, Souring and Procurement.
