Job description

At Smeetz, we help visitor attractions like theme parks, museums, and theaters grow their sales and revenue.
Our AI-powered SaaS platform gives them the tools to manage, market, and price their products more effectively.
We’re looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to build and optimize the systems that power our sales and marketing engine.
You’ll be responsible for connecting data, automating processes, and improving the tools that help our teams reach more clients efficiently.
This is a hybrid role that blends marketing operations, revenue automation, and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities Own and scale the GTM data ecosystem: Maintain a unified and reliable data layer connecting HubSpot, Clay, La Growth Machine, and the website.
Ensure data integrity, enrichment, routing, and tracking across the full funnel.
Build automation and workflow systems: Design and implement end-to-end automation—from lead capture and scoring to routing and campaign sequencing.
Remove manual processes and ensure operational scalability.
Enable growth experimentation: Create and manage infrastructure for A/B testing and campaign experiments across outbound, landing pages, and messaging.
Implement “test → measure → iterate” loops with clear reporting.
Develop advanced analytics and attribution: Implement multi-touch revenue attribution and structured event tracking.
Build dashboards to visualize conversion, pipeline velocity, and campaign performance.
Drive lifecycle and retention automation: Extend automation beyond acquisition—manage nurture, onboarding, and expansion workflows integrated with product or customer data.
Partner in GTM decision-making: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to identify systemic bottlenecks, forecast improvements, and revenue opportunities using data insights.
Champion GTM system health and culture: Create documentation, define best practices, and train teams on system usage.
Build transparency around data quality, automation performance, and funnel health.
Work in a fast-growing SaaS startup serving international clients.
Opportunity to build and shape the GTM tech foundation from the ground up.
Cross-functional exposure to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
Continuous learning opportunities and career growth.
If you’re excited about designing systems that power growth and love making data, tools, and automation work together, we’d love to hear from you.
3+ years in RevOps, Growth, or Marketing Operations roles within SaaS.
Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, workflows, and data schemas.
Experience using Clay and/or La Growth Machine (or other) for automation and outbound campaigns.
Solid analytical mindset and experience with reporting tools (HubSpot, Looker Studio, GA4).
Familiarity with automation tools like n8n, Make, or HubSpot Operations Hub.
Understanding of lead routing, scoring, and data enrichment.
Strong documentation habits and clear communication with non-technical teams.
(Optional but valuable): SQL or API integration experience.
