To grow the respective Therapy Area pipeline in order to maximize revenue generation and market share in KSA through competitive advantage and brand evolution, within regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.
Prepare and recommend the Marketing unit budget for the assigned therapy area by conducting analysis and preparing data related to specific elements as directed.
Monitor the financial performance of the Marketing unit for the assigned therapy area against budgets so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and rectified promptly, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.
Manage the daily operations of the Marketing unit for the respective therapy area to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
Manage and prepare timely and accurate reports and presentations to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, set annual objectives for the team, focusing on brand development, market share growth, sales achievement and competitive positioning within the assigned therapy area.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Analyze data on product performance, market dynamics, and consumer preferences to inform marketing decisions. Review the performance of the previous year to inform strategy development.
8+ years relevant marketing experience in Pharmaceutical marketing including at least 3 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
Strategic marketing skills and people management experience with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex market data and create actionable information.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory environment.
In-depth Knowledge of product lifecycle management, customer-centric campaign management, and marketing communications activities.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, market research and analysis tools, and digital marketing.
Ability to build and maintain relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Strong leadership, communication (verbal, written and presentation), Stakeholder orientation, Financial acumen and interpersonal skills.
