Key responsibilities:
Service capability:
Provide high level technical expertise to clients, internal teams, and partners in the development and deployment of solar projects
Technical Capability introduction for NA customers and VAPs
Technical solution integration and management
Support for deliverability review of the PV projects
Address technical queries related to product selection, system integration, operational performance and maintenance.
Output the rectification implementation solution and maintenance implementation solution
Provide on site troubleshooting and support with collaboration of internal experts (R&D)
Project delivery support
Engineering delivery support for Solar projects (utility)
E2E Technical issue management of Solar projects
Customer satisfaction
Closure of PV product delivery/maintenance issues
Maintain relationship for the key customers
Heavy current quality&safety
