We’re looking for a Fullstack Developer experienced with Go/Python and React to join our development team at Xsolla. You’ll play a key role in building and evolving products that power global gaming solutions — from internal tools that support our teams to external services that help game creators bring their ideas to life.
This is an opportunity to work with modern technologies, solve complex technical challenges, and contribute to scalable systems used by thousands of developers and millions of players worldwide. If you’re passionate about clean architecture, performance, and product impact — you’ll feel right at home here.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Go or Python on the backend and React on the frontend.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and modern architectural principles.
  • Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and technical decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with other engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and maintain APIs for internal and external integrations.
  • Contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and monitoring systems.
  • Take ownership of features — from planning to release and support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in web development.
  • Strong proficiency in Go or Python (experience with both is a plus).
  • Solid knowledge of React and the modern frontend ecosystem (TypeScript, Redux, Vite, etc.).
  • Understanding of microservice architecture, OOP, and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with Docker, GitLab CI, and cloud environments (Kubernetes, GCP, AWS, etc.).
  • Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Clickhouse, MongoDB).
  • Focus on writing testable, scalable, and readable code.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in an English-speaking environment (B1+ level).
  • Proactive attitude — you care about the product, not just the code.
