A leading company seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in attracting, screening, and recruiting top candidates for a variety of positions within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Conduct thorough candidate searches using various online resources, professional networks, and job boards.
- Screen resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Pre-screen candidates through phone interviews to assess fit for the role and company culture.
- Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling logistics and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Evaluate interview results and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Extend and negotiate offers to top candidates.
- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends in recruitment and talent acquisition best practices.
- Maintain and develop relationships with potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
- May participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to represent the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
