RMK Group is looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions. We are seeking a candidate that is self-motivated and possesses an innate ability to establish strong working relationships at all levels within the organization. The candidate must have a high sense of ownership/accountability, the ability to work in a fast-paced agile company with a go-getter attitude, and a learning mindset.
The candidate should be available in Bahrain.

- Handle Employee learning & training
- Handle Employee relations
- Manage HR Data and Analytics
- Employee retention policies
- Performance management
- Succession planning
- Compensation and benefits
- Rewards & other benefits
- Market research of pay
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist role
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRMS - GreytHR)
- Solid understanding of Bahrain labor legislation and payroll process
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Team management skills
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
