Job Description

RMK Group is looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions. We are seeking a candidate that is self-motivated and possesses an innate ability to establish strong working relationships at all levels within the organization. The candidate must have a high sense of ownership/accountability, the ability to work in a fast-paced agile company with a go-getter attitude, and a learning mindset.


The candidate should be available in Bahrain.

  • Handle Employee learning & training
  • Handle Employee relations
  • Manage HR Data and Analytics
  • Employee retention policies
  • Performance management
  • Succession planning
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Rewards & other benefits
  • Market research of pay

Requirements


  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist role
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRMS - GreytHR)
  • Solid understanding of Bahrain labor legislation and payroll process
  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Team management skills

Education


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
