We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in mechanical systems design for residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have strong design knowledge, excellent coordination abilities, and the capability to respond effectively to client and project requirements.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Prepare and review mechanical design drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and codes
  • Coordinate closely with design firms for design development or modifications
  • Address comments or queries raised by clients/end users
  • Conduct site visits to verify mechanical installations and ensure alignment with design intent
  • Prepare mechanical cost estimations and assist in BOQ review
  • Evaluate and review mechanical materials, equipment submittals, and provide technical recommendations to the project team
  • Support the project team in resolving mechanical design-related issues throughout project execution

Qualifications & Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from recognized university
  • 3–4 years of experience in building mechanical systems design
  • Strong understanding of relevant design codes and standards
  • Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills
  • Ability to perform site inspections and provide technical insights
