Key Responsibilities:
• Experience in purchasing and procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers domestically and internationally.
• Experience in sourcing, negotiation, contract management and supplier relationship management.
• Ability to develop and execute purchasing strategies, tracking metrics to reduce expenses, negotiating deals, and managing vendors
• Ability to identify potential supplier sources, negotiating favorable supplier agreements and managing supplier and vendor contracts.
• Evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, and preparing reports. For this role, you should have good knowledge of market research, along with solid analytical skills to make sure you're identifying the most profitable offers.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
• Manage budgets and financial performance of private label products. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Knows how to build price structures & optimize price value chain for ideal profitability
• Working closely with packaging designers, Sales & marketing team making sure the product meets sales and profit goals.
• Collaborate with the planning team to forecast demand and ensure proper inventory levels
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Min 5 years of GCC Experience in similar roles required mainly within Dairy & FMCG business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – Arabic is a plus, with an ability to manage interdepartmental communications and negotiations.
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day challenges and develop creative solutions for operational or organizational improvements.
• Ability to handle diverse responsibilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Experience with financial management, budget oversight, and data-driven decision-making.
