Trainer, HSE Trainings


An exciting opportunity is available HSE Trainer, based in KSA who will report directly to Head of Training Technical Services 


 Summary:


We are seeking for a motivated HSE Trainer who will delivers the assigned training courses with the ability to consult on the specific use of the products within the target client environment.


In this role, you will be responsible of:


  • Maintains the integrity of the company name & brand.


  • Willingly explores new training subjects and topics and study market requirements to enhance and expand product list.


  • Ensures that lessons learnt from experiences and client’s feedbacks are implemented and maintained in order to enhance the customer satisfaction through the services.


  • Updates themselves to the latest requirements of the specific field of work


  • Ensures maintenance & improvement of competency and qualification as trainer as per the required standards and other applicable codes, regulations and organizational requirements.


  • Supports, grooms and monitors junior trainers as needed by the management.


  • Maintains a healthy and steady relationship with the clients to satisfy their requirements in acceptable time frames.


  • Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


  • Ensure client and vendor integrity management.


  • Manages customer relationships..


Minimum Qualification and Experience:


  • Diploma OR Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Business Administration, Engineering, HSE, Science or other fields.


  • 6 years’ experience if Diploma holder OR 2 years’ experience if Bachelor holder in similar field of Training Services Provider


  • Relevant qualification and certification as trainer (NEBOSH, OSHA, IRCA, etc.)


  • Pre-qualification with relevant authorities.


  • Valid local Driver’s License


Knowledge & Skills Required:


  • Technical credibility


  • Presentation skills


  • Planning & organizing


  • Customer Focus


  • Fluency in English language with excellent communication (written & oral) skills


  • Very good Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Effective communication in English (written & oral).


  • Expert knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
