We contribute to a broader mission: helping every business turn technological disruption into competitive advantage by providing innovative, reliable software that developers and organizations trust. The WPF & WinForms Engineering Manager plays a pivotal role in realizing this vision by building and leading a high-performing engineering team that delivers products with excellence in quality, performance, and developer experience. You will drive technical leadership, operational discipline, and engineering craftsmanship, ensuring our tools not only meet customer needs today but continue to evolve with emerging technologies.  In this role you will:Manage a diverse and cross-functional local team of up to 13 engineers, supporting their individual growth and development aligned with business objectives.Foster collaboration with a global and cross-functional team, including members from engineering, product management and product marketing leadership.Contribute to the development of strategic goals and objectives at both product and engineering team levels.Provide leadership and coaching to guide team members through the entire product development lifecycle.Make hiring and compensation decisions.Actively seek input from the team, and work collaboratively to address challenges, improve processes, and address any employee concerns.Lead key engineering initiatives for the entire DevTools team.Acknowledge high and low performers and provide coaching and support to help individuals improve their performance.Your background:Demonstrated experience in inclusive people management with small to medium-sized teams.Solid R&D experience in software engineering (C#, .NET) including development, quality assurance, or related roles.Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub ActionsBackground working with automation or DevOps practicesDemonstrated positive leadership track record on engineering projects, initiatives, and processes.Previous experience in mentoring and enabling the growth of both junior and senior professionals.Experience with automation, cloud development, or operations.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams in a dynamic work environment.Proven ability to lead diverse and cross-functional project teams.Strong organizational and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and leaders across the company.What we offer in return is the opportunity to elevate your game and to also enjoy: CompensationGenerous remuneration packageEmployee Stock Purchase Plan EnrollmentVacation, Family, and Health30 days paid annual vacationAn extra day off for your birthday2 additional days off for volunteeringPremium healthcare and dental care coverageAdditional pension insuranceWell-equipped gym on-site with CrossFit equipment and a climbing wallCo-funded Multisport cardDaycare Center for your little ones onsiteFlexible working hours and work-from-home allowanceFree underground parking with a designated space for bikes and electric scooters#LI-DG1#LI-Hybrid
