Responsibilities
  • Serve as technical troubleshooter to customers after sale and during product testing and installation to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Investigate and resolve technical problems; repair or replace components/products or provide alternative solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Respond to customer requests for system or component changes or upgrades in compliance with technical standards.
  • Provide training to customers on product use and maintenance to enhance operational safety and efficiency.
  • Report all observed failures to engineering for root cause analysis and corrective action.
  • Provide feedback to engineering for product and maintainability improvements to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer data and service history to ensure traceability and compliance.
  • Support sales activities by generating after-sales service solutions and providing technical consultation to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical and/or mechanical systems to ensure operational reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Highly motivated, collaborative, and results-driven with a strong sense of integrity.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical and systems-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels to foster effective collaboration and customer engagement.
