As an Office Manager you will join our HR and Administration department. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals and develop your skills. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the general office administration, welcoming of guests, making travel arrangements, etc.


Responsibilities:


  • Managing office administration tasks like stationary, copies, and scans, as well as handling reception communication (phone calls, emails, faxes, post)
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Greeting and guiding visitors
  • Keeping the reception area clean and organized
  • Efficiently communicating with stakeholders and service providers
  • Safeguarding confidential documents and maintaining filing systems
  • Scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and sending invitations
  • Organizing travel, visas, and accommodation for employees and guests
  • Administering benefits like provident fund and medical insurance
  • Updating databases and assisting with company events

Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Secretarial studies certificate preferred
  • Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office
  • Strong command of English and Greek
