Coders Connect is excited to partner with a global innovation hub seeking a Data Analyst based near Copenhagen. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a tech-driven organization working with IoT, data, and AI to power smarter decision-making across 20+ countries. What You'll Do: 

  • Analyze large datasets and design dashboards in Power BI to drive insights
  • Translate business questions into clear, data-backed recommendations
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Support advanced analytics and reporting initiatives

Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or similar
  • Strong proficiency with Power BI (or similar visualization tools)
  • Familiarity with Python or scripting for data preparation
  • Experience with SQL and cloud-based environments (Azure preferred)
  • Excellent data storytelling and visualization skills
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of transforming raw data into actionable insights
  • Comfort working closely with internal stakeholders,Data Engineers and Data Scientists in agile teams
  • Experience in automation, dash boarding, and performance tracking
Desirable technical skills:

  • Background in IoT, SaaS, or tech-driven product environments
Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Comfortable collaborating with non-technical stakeholders and presenting findings in a clear, accessible way
  • Extroverted or confident personality; proactive in building relationships and facilitating discussions
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
  • Adaptable mindset suited to a scale-up culture; collaborative, hands-on, and solutions-driven
