Heavy Machinery Workshop Manager

Management and operation of heavy machinery maintenance workshops with high efficiency, ensuring equipment readiness and safety, while minimizing downtime and operational costs in compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Complete supervision of regular and emergency maintenance work for heavy machinery (excavators, shovels, bulldozers, cranes, trucks, etc.).
• Preparation and implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Management of the technical and mechanical team, task distribution, and performance monitoring.
• Diagnosis of complex technical faults and provision of appropriate solutions.
• Monitoring the procurement and purchase of spare parts and ensuring their quality.
• Monitoring operational costs and reducing waste while enhancing equipment utilization efficiency.
• Preparation of regular technical reports on equipment status and fault statistics.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures within the workshop.
• Coordination with project management or operations to ensure equipment readiness on schedule.
• Monitoring maintenance records and updating them according to established systems.
