Job description

As a Supervisor of Excavation Works, you will oversee excavation activities related to electrical projects in compliance with the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) contract. Your responsibilities include ensuring safety, quality of execution, and adherence to project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct supervision of excavation works for electrical projects (cable trenches, extensions, inspection rooms, ducts).
  • Ensure execution of excavations according to plans, specifications, and contract conditions.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities (municipalities, traffic, existing services).
  • Ensure implementation of safety and health procedures on-site.
  • Monitor excavation works, backfilling, and restoring the site to its original condition as per specifications.
  • Supervise contractors and laborers, distributing daily tasks.
  • Monitor work permits and ensure their availability before starting excavations.
  • Report any obstacles or conflicts with existing services and raise reports.
  • Ensure protection of cables and existing services during execution.
  • Participate in preliminary and final acceptance works.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on work progress.


Skills

  • Experience in excavation works for electrical projects.
  • Proven experience working under Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) contract.
