Working from a brief with a creative director, the marketing team, to develop creative concepts and executions of assigned product(s). Working on social media advanced concepts. Working on designs to produce an effective marketing and advertising campaign Interact with Art Directors to develop creative concepts and executions of assigned products(s). Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts. Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to account managers and marketing team Project management and working within a provided time frame. Perform miscellaneous tasks, as directed by Art Director. and secondary assigned responsibilities Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches Working on creative layouts and art working pages ready for print Formulate basic layout design or presentation approach, and specify material details, such as style and size of type, photographs, graphics, animation, video, and sound. Other duties as assigned. Review graphics, layouts, and fonts before products are completed Finalize designs using image editing software Retouch images to improve the quality both in print and digital formats Suggest and apply image improvements, such as creating gradients and layers Manage pre-press process for print files Follow deadlines to ensure timely publications Archive produced images and graphics Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design techniques and software
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a closely related creative field. 1-3 years of experience as a creative graphic designer. Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design (is a must), Flash, PowerPoint and & AI Tools. Strong Sense of composition, balance, and visual hierarchy. Understanding of color theory and its psychological impact. Availability to develop concepts and visual storytelling. Creativity in branding, layouts, and illustrations. Understanding Ui/UX basics for digital platforms. knowledge of print production essentials.
