We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Maintenance professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
As an A/C Supervisor you are responsible to carry out regular maintenance checks and inspect and test systems before usage, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:
• Monitor the different types of temperatures e.g. indoor temperature, outdoor temperature, chiller temperatures, fan coils, air handling unit, air supply temperature, etc.
• Prepare preventive maintenance schedule
• Maintain the cleanliness of all-condensing unit, chillers, fan coil units and air handlers
• Maintain the performance of chilled water pumps
• Ensure that all coolers and freezers are working properly to maintain the desired storage temperatures
• Distribute the work to Subordinates accordingly to their capabilities and in order to achieve the best results
• Ensure that the work done by Subordinates is according to specified standards
• Ensure that all related and needed tools are in safe place and in working condition.
• Follow the preventive maintenance chart strictly and maintain records for future reference
• Create on the job training among engineering employees and create opportunities for them to upgrade their skills and knowledge at all times
• Be aware of the emergency procedure in the hotel and know what to do in case of fire
