Admin Electrical Engineer - Energy Projects | UAE

As a Tender Engineer – Electrical Substation & Power Projects, you will be responsible for managing the tendering process for electrical and power projects, ensuring the preparation and submission of accurate, competitive, and compliant technical and commercial proposals. The role requires strong coordination, solid technical understanding, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines during the bidding stage .

• Preparing detailed and competitive technical tender proposals for electrical and power projects.
• Reviewing project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and tender documents to fully understand the project scope and requirements.
• Preparing and submitting technical and prequalification documents in line with client and authority requirements.
• Coordinating with engineering, planning, procurement, and commercial teams to gather all required information for bid preparation.
• Developing project time schedules during the bidding stage, with Primavera experience recommended.
• Ensuring timely submission of tender documents in compliance with company standards and client deadlines.
• Preparing complete, accurate, and well-structured tender documents for electrical projects.
• Analyzing tender requirements to identify risks, gaps, and technical clarifications.
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure alignment of technical, commercial, and planning inputs.
• Organizing and maintaining all tender-related documentation, including technical and financial proposals, specifications, and correspondence.
• Ensuring all tender documents comply with company policies, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Managing document control and submission timelines to avoid delays or non-compliance.

We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• Academic grade of Very Good or Excellent.
• Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Primavera.
• Good understanding of electrical project documentation and tendering processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
