Main responsibilities:
The Franchise Lead holds the end-to-end accountability for management and performance of the marketing team accountable for Dupixent MCO, with the mandate to accelerate efficient growth for Dupixent as per global franchise guidance:
Translate the global franchise and brand strategies into local context to support the execution in the different countries in the MCO. Timely calibrate, reshape, and adapt the strategy and its execution to deliver on our commitment to customers, patients, and the organization. In alignment with Global Franchise team and Market Leads, coordinate interaction and activities at MCO Level, ensure alignment of local P&Ls, access & pricing decisions, and resourcing. In alignment with Global Franchise, and market leads, coordinate interaction with the Alliance Team. Deliver the successful launch of new products/indications in coordination with local satellite countries team and with direct accountability in execution in the Anchor country. implementing customer engagement strategies and plans for immunology portfolio and ensure following the Launch plan guidance.
Additional detailed accountabilities:
Responsible for maintaining strong and effective external professional relationships with key stakeholders. Internally, ensure effective collaboration and connection with other Franchise and Global Function Heads including Medical, Regulatory, Quality, External Affairs, P&C and Supply Chain. Partnering with the Head of Pharma in satellite countries to ensure that the Franchise strategy is being developed and delivered in the satellite countries. Leads, motivates, and develops the cross-functional Launch Team. Ensure effective ‘day to day’ management/execution and continuous improvement within the Franchise team including collaborative support functions. Oversees the content and output of all brand planning activities and its execution to ensure timelines and quality are maintained throughout. Proactively contribute to the leadership team through challenge and support of colleagues across the GBU. Role modelling our Play to Win behaviours and embedding them within the Franchise culture.

About you
Proven to lead the delivery of business results and create an engaged, diverse and inclusive culture across a complex team of stakeholders. Proven track record of successful launch experience in specialty care environment. Deep knowledge of Immunology either in Respiratory/ Dermatology. Held direct Line-Management responsibility for a sizeable team. Worked in a global role and/or have solid experience in an international environment with track record of performance in Marketing and Sales and understanding Market Access. Skilled at Brand P&L ownership, forecasting and budget negotiations. Understanding Sanofi’s ambition for GTM transformation and are skilled in leading organisational change and excellence in execution. Ability to communicate in a way that engages and inspires others at all levels of the organisation. Skilled at networking and influencing across complex internal and external stakeholder networks. Role-model Sanofi Play To Win Behaviours through how you lead and how you act day-to-day: Immunology experience is a must.
