As an Agile Psychosocial Practitioner, you will engage in both on-field practice and office work, contributing to the well-being of children and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities:Conduct Individual and Group Sessions:- Facilitate 1-on-1 and group sessions tailored to the unique needs of neurodivergent children, helping them develop essential skills and strategies.
Participate in Intervention and Empowerment Camps:- Engage in recreational and empowerment camps, providing support and guidance to participants in various activities.
Integration Teaching:- Spend full days with children as an integration teacher, supporting their educational and social needs in various settings.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:- Work closely with parents, educators, and mental health professionals to create holistic support plans for each child.
Professional Development:- Stay updated on best practices in psychosocial support and continually seek opportunities for professional growth.
Documentation and Reporting:- Maintain accurate records of sessions and progress, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with neurodivergent profiles.
- Strong understanding of mental health, child development, and special education.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to child and adolescent well-being and empowerment.
