ResponsibilitiesDeveloper Enablement and Advocacy• Act as a champion for AI adoption and best practices within the organization, enablingdevelopers to build and deploy AI-driven solutions.• Tinker with and experiment with new AI tools, frameworks, and workflows tounderstand their potential applications and limitations.• Identify and document best practices for integrating AI technologies into developerworkflows, including coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring.Content Development and Collaboration• Design and develop engaging training content, including in-person workshops, virtualsessions, hands-on labs, and technical documentation, with a focus on developerenablement.• Collaborate with AI subject matter experts and technical teams to create practical,actionable educational materials tailored to developers and engineers.• Ensure training content stays up to date with the latest AI trends, tools, andmethodologies.• Refine and iterate training content based on feedback to ensure continuousimprovement and relevance.Training Delivery• Facilitate engaging and impactful training sessions for diverse groups, includingdevelopers, portfolio managers, and business leaders.• Adapt tone, style, and delivery methods to suit the audience’s knowledge level andprofessional background.• Travel as needed to conduct workshops and training sessions at various locations.Qualifications/Skills RequiredTechnical Expertise:oStrong understanding of AI concepts, tools, and frameworks (e.g, commonAI developer tools, consumer LLM products, AI agents, AI harnesses,tradeoffs required to use LLMs for different tasks)oFamiliarity with developer workflows, software development processes,and tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines, IDEs, etc.).oHands-on experience experimenting with AI tools and frameworks, withthe ability to distill insights into practical guidance for developers.Training and Facilitation:oProven experience designing and delivering technical training programs,workshops, or hands-on labs.oExceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engageand inspire technical audiences.oExperience tailoring content and delivery methods to meet the needs ofdiverse audiences, including developers, engineers, and non-technicalstakeholders.oExperience designing and iterating training programs based on participantfeedback and industry trends.Collaboration Mindset:oAbility to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams,acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for AI adoption.oPassion for community building and enabling others to succeed.oCuriosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with new technologies andsharing best practices.oComfort with ambiguity and a willingness to adapt to a rapidly evolvingtechnology landscape.oStrong desire to empower others and foster a learning culture within theorganization.Travel:oWillingness to travel as needed to deliver training sessions at differentlocations.
