Position Overview
Counsel clients and help meet their recovery potential. Responsible to ensure and/or deliver and properly document the provision of treatment services according to the licensure (245G) for program clients including the Initial Service Plan, Individual Treatment Plan, Progress Notes, Summary at Termination of Services, and case management.

Responsibilities of LADC (We have openings for a full time LADC or ADC-T and an on-call LADC)



Under direction of the Program Director deliver services meeting licensure requirements Facilitate psycho-educational groups and lectures Complete individual sessions and chart weekly Attend case management meetings Attend trainings to gain CEU credits Communicate with client referrals and legal contacts Attend trainings

Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required for LADC:



Preferred:



Bachelor or Master degree in related field Must be free of chemical use problems for at least the two years immediately preceding hire. Must have or obtain 12 hours of training in co-occurring mental health problems training within six months of hire. Be licensed as an LADC or ADC-T
