Your role and responsibilities

* Assist in the design, development, and customization of Salesforce applications under the guidance of senior developers.
* Build and update Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Apex classes, triggers, and validation rules.
* Support configuration tasks including page layouts, flows, automation rules, and reports/dashboards.
* Participate in requirement-gathering sessions to understand business needs and translate them into technical tasks.
* Test and debug Salesforce solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and data accuracy.
* Support integrations with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, or platform events.
* Document development work, including technical specifications, test cases, and deployment notes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, architects) to ensure solution alignment with project goals.
* Assist in deployments using CI/CD pipelines or change sets.
* Learn and apply Salesforce best practices for security, data management, and coding standards.
