Assistant Project Manager - MEP

The project:

A residential and mixed-use development, consisting of multiple mid-rise buildings.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Provides technical MEP guidance to meet project goals for time, budget, safety, and quality.
• Supports compliant, efficient, and profitable project delivery with strong governance.
• Builds effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Offers lifecycle support for MEP services, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Advises on programme, health & safety, quality, and commissioning aspects.
• Reviews contracts, budgets, and schedules, supporting commercial teams throughout.
• Contributes to strategic planning, design reviews, and sustainability goals.
• Identifies risks, supports mitigation, and promotes continuous improvement and carbon.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree or ONC/HNC/HND (or equivalent).
• Understanding, articulation and implementation of the RIBA and BSRIA design frameworks.
• Local work experience in Egypt.
