·Support monitoring of project budgets and expenditures.
·Review subcontractor and supplier invoices for accuracy.

3-Quality & Safety Compliance
·Ensure implementation of quality standards, drawings, and specifications.
·Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies.
4-Documentation & Reporting
·Maintain up-to-date records of project documents, approvals, and correspondences.
·Prepare regular progress reports and dashboards for management and clients.
·Assist in preparing project presentations and close-out documentation.
5-Stakeholder Communication
·Participate in coordination meetings with internal teams, consultants, and clients.
·Support Project Manager in managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts.
6-Risk & Change Management
·Identify potential risks and propose mitigation plans.
·Track and log change requests, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
Job Requirements:
Minimum
- Years of experience:
8-10 Years
- Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Professional Certificates:
PMP, IPMA or equivalent certificate is required
- Language proficiency:
fluent at English
- Computer skills:
MS Office / ERP
