  • Responsible for the onboarding of new products and self-service flows on the eCommerce and App/Web Portal platforms, supporting and influencing digital marketing campaigns and offers, improving online journeys to increase conversions, and undertaking test and development efforts to enhance capabilities and improve platform reliability and performance
