Job Description
Raya FMCG one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a B2B Sales Manager
Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve company revenue targets and growth objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities within the B2B segment. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key B2B clients including Factories, wholesalers, distributors, and large retailers. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing client relationships. Prospect and generate leads to acquire new B2B clients across the region. Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts with new business partners. Track and report on sales performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and key account status. Ensure a thorough understanding of the company’s FMCG products and services to effectively present them to B2B clients. Train and support junior sales staff and distributors on the company’s product offerings and sales strategies. Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify growth opportunities. Evaluate competitor offerings and pricing models to ensure the company’s value proposition remains competitive.
Skills
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales management within the FMCG industry especially Raw materials and dealing with Factories or a related field.
+ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
+ English level: Good
