We are a multi-disciplinary engineering design firm with specialized design and value engineering services.  The firm's core work is holistic at its approach, and it has divisions in structural, MEP, Geotechnical, and emerging construction technology such as 3D printing of concrete, technology, and 3D laser scanning.

Key Requirements


  • Create, maintain, and update BIM models accurately according to project requirements and standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to support coordination and resolve BIM-related issues.
  • Perform clash detection and assist in identifying and resolving conflicts within BIM models.
  • Prepare detailed 3D models, drawings, submittals, and as-built documentation.
  • Follow and contribute to the implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and protocols.
  • Assist in organizing and managing BIM documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and model reviews to support project progress.
  • Troubleshoot BIM software issues and communicate with senior BIM personnel or technical support for resolutions.
  • Stay updated with BIM software tools and industry best practices through ongoing learning and training.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or Architectural.
  • 3- 5 years of experience working with BIM in the construction or design industry.
  • Proficient in BIM software including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with project teams.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Enthusiasm for learning new BIM technologies and improving workflows.
