  • Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and track actions until closure.
  • Review shop drawings, as-built models, and ensure alignment with contract requirements.
  • Provide guidance to project teams on best practices and technical standards.
  • Maintain BIM documentation, workflows, and project data in line with PMC procedures.
  • Assist in the integration of BIM with project planning, cost control, and facility management requirements where applicable.

Essential Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in BIM coordination, modeling, and project support.
  • Strong background working on large-scale PMC or institutional projects (school, education, or defense sector preferred).
  • Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and related software.
  • Strong understanding of multi-disciplinary design (architectural, structural, MEP).
  • Experience in clash detection, model auditing, and BIM data management.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
