Job Description

  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key partners in the banking sector, ensuring mutual success and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Act as the central point of contact between assigned banking partners and various internal teams, ensuring clear communication, seamless collaboration, and timely resolution of issues.
  • Lead and support the growth of sales through each assigned partner, implementing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage the execution and progress of assigned projects, ensuring that all milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and in alignment with partner expectations.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the banking sector, driving sales growth and expanding the company’s market presence.

Requirements
  • 3-4 years of proven experience as a Business Data Analyst, with a strong track record of leveraging data insights to drive business decisions and process improvements.
  • In-depth knowledge of technology trends, data analytics, and business intelligence tools, with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in key analytics and visualization tools, including Excel, Think-Cell, Power BI, SQL, and Python. Experience with other data management and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated involvement as a key contributor to digital transformation initiatives within a business environment, with a strong understanding of how technology and data analytics drive organizational change and innovation.
