Develop and nurture
strong, long-term relationships with key partners in the banking sector, ensuring
mutual success and alignment with organizational goals.
Act as the central point of contact between assigned banking partners and
various internal teams, ensuring clear communication, seamless collaboration,
and timely resolution of issues.
Lead and support the growth of sales through each assigned partner,
implementing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Manage the execution and progress of assigned projects, ensuring that all
milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and in alignment with partner
expectations.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the banking
sector, driving sales growth and expanding the company’s market presence.
Requirements
3-4 years of proven
experience as a Business Data Analyst, with a strong track record of leveraging
data insights to drive business decisions and process improvements.
In-depth knowledge of technology trends, data analytics, and business
intelligence tools, with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets
and derive actionable insights.
Advanced proficiency in key analytics and visualization tools, including
Excel, Think-Cell, Power BI, SQL, and Python. Experience with other data
management and reporting tools is a plus.
Demonstrated involvement as a key contributor to digital transformation
initiatives within a business environment, with a strong understanding of how
technology and data analytics drive organizational change and innovation.
