We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to identify business opportunities and solve operational challenges. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing data trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement efficient systems and processes that align with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Management:Elicit, analyze, and document clear business and technical requirements using artifacts likeBusiness Requirement Documents (BRDs),user stories, andacceptance criteria.
• Process Optimization:Conduct thorough reviews of current business processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, recommending automation or re-engineering strategies.
• Stakeholder Liaison:Serve as the primary point of contact between business units (e.g., Finance, Sales) and IT teams to ensure all parties are aligned on project objectives.
• Data Analysis & Visualization:Use statistical methods and tools to interpret complex data, creatingdashboardsand reports that inform executive decision-making.
• Testing & Validation:Lead or supportUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)by creating test plans and ensuring delivered solutions meet the original business requirements.
• Strategic Planning:Assist in developing business cases, includingcost-benefit analysesand risk assessments for proposed initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • AdvancedMicrosoft Excel(PivotTables, Power Query) andSQLfor data retrieval.
  • Experience withdata visualization toolssuch as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with project management software likeJiraorConfluence.
• Methodologies:Strong understanding of theSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC)andAgile/Scrumframeworks.
• Soft Skills:Exceptional analytical thinking, negotiation, and communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
