As a Business Development Manager in Nawy Share, you will formulate and implement a comprehensive B2B2C sales strategy to establish partnerships with companies for the exclusive distribution of our real estate investment platform as an employee benefit.
- Identify potential partner companies and conduct thorough market research to assess their suitability for collaboration.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within partner companies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our platform into the employee benefits offerings of partner companies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by successfully onboarding partner companies and ensuring a high conversion rate of employee sign-ups.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data to optimize the sales strategy and improve overall effectiveness.
