<p><b>Job Title: </b>Claims Advisor<br /><b>Location:</b> Egypt</p><p><b>We will count on you to:</b></p><ul><li>Receive and process reimbursement claims from clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.</li><li>Dispatch claims to insurance companies and follow up to ensure timely turnaround.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for insurers, providing necessary feedback and updates on claims status.</li><li>Escalate issues related to directly submitted claims and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve any challenges.</li><li>Maintain clear communication with clients and insurers to enhance service delivery and satisfaction.</li></ul><p><b>What you need to have:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Claims Advisor or in a similar role.</li><li>Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.</li></ul><p><b>What makes you stand out:</b></p><ul><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing claims processes.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Familiarity with insurance industry practices and regulations is a plus.</li></ul><br><p> Marsh, a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), is the world’s top insurance broker and risk advisor.
