  • Implementation Cisco Unified Communications related technologies :UCM, Unity Connection, IM & Presence, Jabber, VCS / Expressway, Cisco Paging Server / Informacast, UCCX, Emergency Responder, and Voice Gateways.
  • Responsible for day-to-day technical support of all Cisco Unified Communications (UC) systems
  • Upgrades to all supported VoIP / UC systems.
  • Monitoring of Managed Services UC customers via 3rd party network monitoring software.
  • Troubleshoot, identify and resolve IPT (Cisco) and backbone voice Incidents.
  • Troubleshoot value added services (Voice Mail, Attendant console, etc...)
  • Ability to deliver LLD and reviewing the HLD.
  • Perform release management activities. (Implement new release and upgrades)

Requirements
  • B.Sc. of Communications or Computer Engineering/ Computer Science.
  • CCNP Collaboration certificate is a must.
  • 2+ years of experience installing Cisco Unified Communication solutions.
  • Cisco Voice Gateways
  • Cisco CUCM 
  • Cisco Unified Contact Center Express
  • Cisco Unity
  • Cisco WebEx
  • Cisco Recording solution or any equivalent recording solution.
  • Billing solutions
  • Integration with 3rd parties PBX
