About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented caliber to join our fast-growing team. As a Commercial Planning Lead, you will play a crucial role in allocating cars and optimizing sales strategies based on data-driven insights and targets.you will work closely with strategy and planning team and other stakeholders to maximize sales, revenues and profitability

What You'll Do


  • Receive monthly volume, revenue, and margin targets and create actionable plans to achieve them through car mix planning and optimization.
  • Analyze market trends and correlate them with company performance to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the acquisition funnel with a focus on margin performance.
  • Thoroughly analyze the selling rate across all Sylndr sales channels, identifying areas for improvement and potential growth.
  • Develop and refine planning models, as needed, to optimize margins and revenues based on market dynamics and mix.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and execution of plans.

Who you are


  • Proven experience in commercial planning, business analytics, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in planning and forecasting models, with a deep understanding of market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving business goals.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft office.
