Responsibilities Lead Creative Solutions delivery team Ensure the right people, process, organization and governance are in place to deliver high quality services to sector stakeholders Accountable for performance of CCC CME around delivery of services and reports in line with agreed service level agreements or other performance metrics (KPIs) Drive changes to current state (ways or working and processes), based on experience and best practice, where such changes can help improve productivity, quality and deliver value for PEP stakeholders Drive automation and digitaziation for the capability to deliver efficiencies and effectiveness for the business Manage the day-to-day operations of Creative Solutions, provide expertise, encourage and ensure teamwork, align work processes in order to comply with statutory, tax, and other requirements, achieve high performance standards, meet established targets, objectives and employee engagement in a motivated work environment Shape and execute talent strategy, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, growth and development, capability building, reward/recognition, succession planning, ultimately driving an excellent associate experience and building culture/engagement Contribute to the development and refinement of the S&T Consumer strategy, vision and capabilities Drive standardization through following global capability blueprints, best practices, WOW and processes Design Lead for S&T Consumer Function in AMESA Lead the AMESA Marketing design activities within S&T Translate opportunities into the business case Lead the transition process, define SLA’s, KPI’s, Knowledge required, service now support Partner with AMESA sector team to Identify whitespace and opportunities to scale CME capabilities in AMESA, managing the design and rollout of CME expansion plans Responsible for senior stakeholders management in AMESA, ensuring consistent reporting and education around CME performance, expansions and capabilities. Such as: Sector CMO, BUs GM, Marketing Leads, …etc. Co-ordinate with other Capability leads for CME to understand opportunities to build capabilities Tracking and managing S&T financials and progress in AMESA (Productivity, Headcounts, ..etc.) Drive E2E initiatives and priorities in collaboration with sector and global teams Qualifications Leadership Skills: Inspirational leadership: Taking on new and complex challenges with energy and enthusiasm, influencing and motivating others to increase their current performance, capabilities, and readiness for future roles Talent development: Supporting others’ professional growth by providing valuable feedback, coaching, and leveraging more formal development tools and processes Change management: Comfortable operating in a complex, matrix, and ambiguous environment Clarity: Simplifying complexity, communicating in a clear and concise manner Results: Balancing sense of urgency with the need to deliver quality results, demonstrating perseverance in achieving complex or ambiguous goals (e.g. self management skills) Professional Skills: Financial Acumen: Possessing a solid understanding of what drives profit, expenses, and how key financial metrics are used Digital Acumen: Ability to identify digital opportunities in the area of work and understand the relevant digital technologies that can contribute to more efficient and effective processes and outcomes Strong Communication skills: Ability to manage senior stakeholders building strong connections and trust with the business Digital Skills: Digital Marketing Martech & Emerging tools Digital Content Marketing & Management Function / Domain Specific Skills: Strategy & Planning Negotiation skills Content Creation Understanding Experience: 10+ years of agency account management and/or experience in similar role in leading companies Good understanding of the media, data & digital landscape and ecosystem in the market Deep understanding of Creative process and ecosystem in the market Experience with Senior Stakeholder management Experience with A&M investments optimization
