Job Summary

We are a fast-growing startup seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Executive to support customer relationship management activities across the automotive customer lifecycle. The role focuses on managing customer data, executing CRM campaigns, and coordinating with internal and regional stakeholders to enhance lead management, customer engagement, retention, and aftersales communication.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of automotive CRM campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other digital channels
