About the job CS Agent - CS Agents - Noon | - Q424
NOK is currently hiring for a very well-known ecommerce company.
Handle incoming chats, telephone contacts, and solve them in a timely manner and efficient manner
Working Hours are 8 productive Hours + 1 Hr Of break (Total 9 Hrs)
Annual leave, Sick, and Maternity as per Egyptian labor law
Social insurance Coverage with the maximum ceiling according to the gross salaries as per law
Requirments:
Strong problem-solving, communication and team player
Fluent in English and Arabic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours are 8 productive Hours + 1 Hr Of break (Total 9 Hrs)
