Policies, Systems, Processes, and Procedures


  • Ensuring compliance with the department's approved policies, processes, procedures, and instructions for subordinates and monitoring their adherence to control the execution of work.

Creating Strong, Reusable Analytical Files and Reports for Data Inquiry in Excel Files.


  • Gathering and analyzing reports from all parties and integrating multiple data sources into one visualization for easier presentation.

Leveraging Analytical and Visualization Tools to Present Information in a Way that Drives Data-Driven Decision Making.


  • Conducting analysis to identify business requirements and priorities based on management recommendations.

Assisting in Designing and Analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Distribution Management and Sales Reports from Key Clients.


  • Participating in the design of distribution plan models based on available data and presenting them to management.

Supporting the Preparation and Analysis of Key Business Results and Market Trends Related to Distribution Management Objectives.


  • Monitoring and tracking reports related to customer receivables, distribution team routes, and providing daily reports on this.

Presenting Comparisons with Previous Years' Results to Help Build the Current Business Plan.


  • Contributing to the creation of visualizations that help move slow-moving items by presenting inventory movement analyses.

Reporting


  • Preparing reports accurately and within the specified time frame to meet the department's requirements, policies, and standards, as well as those of Dar Nahdet Misr Publishing House.

Health, Safety, and Environment


  • Complying with all safety and environmental management regulations to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, and the delivery of high-quality products and services while maintaining responsible environmental behavior.
