As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our subscription program remains ahead of the curve and constantly delivers value to our subscribers.

What you will be doing: Conduct thorough data analysis and interpretation to extract valuable insights and drive informed business decisions.
   Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, business leaders, and data engineers, to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis solutions.
   Design and develop data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize and communicate complex data findings effectively.
   Identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure business performance and track progress towards organizational goals.
   Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
   Perform statistical analysis, predictive modeling to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
Control product changes A/B testing – planning, decision making, effect estimation.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in data analysis, and apply them to enhance analytical capabilities and drive innovation.

What You Bring to the Table: 2+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role, with a strong focus on data analysis and visualization.
  Expert at writing SQL queries against large amounts of data, hands on experience with Python is a plus.
Experience business intelligence and data visualization tools for creating management dashboards.
  Proficiency in A/B testing and statistical analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
   Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
   Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
